Yes. You may use Claythis-generated characters in commercial projects, provided that your use does not infringe on the intellectual property rights of others. You retain the rights to the output you create, subject to our Terms of Service.
Claythis respects the rights of creators and copyright holders. You must only upload content that you own or have permission to use. If you upload third-party images without authorization, you are responsible for any resulting copyright or IP infringement. Claythis does not claim rights to those images and may restrict, remove, or block content that violates intellectual property laws or our Terms of Service.
Uploaded reference images are processed securely for character generation and are not shared publicly, resold, or used for model training without your consent. We may temporarily store them only to complete your generation request, after which they remain confidential and tied exclusively to your account.
